At Winners Mafia, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

 

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

•    Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

•    Have all original tags attached.

•    Be in the original packaging (if applicable).

 

 

Return Shipping Charges

    •    A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label (for U.S. domestic returns).

    •    You may choose to use your own shipping method, in which case you are responsible for all return shipping costs and tracking.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
